Shorter Conservative Season Again Proposed by AGFC

LITTLE ROCK – Biologists from the Arkansas Game and Fish Commission again have proposed a conservative turkey season. The AGFC has tried to address declining turkey harvests through the regulations process starting in spring 2005.

Field and Stream Lists Top Fishing Spots

Field and Stream has a list of “150 Best Fishing Spots” on their website this month, and five Ozarks locations are listed among them.

Womens’ Duck Hunting Clinics Set for October, December

A two-part Missouri’s Outdoors Women event in October and December will offer an introductory course in waterfowl hunting. Space is limited, however, and registration is on a first-come, first-served basis.
