The Arkansas Game and Fish Commission will be offering a free seminar on wildlife and nature photography. The seminar is aimed at improving outdoor photography skills in a fun and relaxed setting.
The seminar will be held Oct. 15 from 10 a.m.-3 p.m. at the Witt Stephens Jr. Central Arkansas Nature Center. The nature center is located at 602 President Clinton Avenue in downtown Little Rock’s River Market District.
Staff members of Arkansas Wildlife, the Game and Fish Commission’s magazine, will present information on wildlife photography in this two-part seminar. The 10-11:30 a.m. session will focus on photographic equipment, techniques and locations in Arkansas to find and photograph wildlife.
A break for lunch and taking photographs will follow, and the 2-3 p.m. session will review the photographs taken during the break. Bring your camera and find out how to maximize your wildlife photography potential. To register, call 501-907-0636.
