Cornell’s Lab of Ornithology has set up a couple of web cams on bird nests. One features red-tailed hawks that built a nest on top of an 80-foot tall stadium light, while the other one keeps watch on blue herons that constructed a nest on a dead white oak tree on Sapsucker Pond near the campus. The heron site has two cameras set up to allow views from different angles.

Visit http://www.allaboutbirds.org/page.aspx?pid=2422 for a live, streaming look at the hawk nest and get more information about the birds.

Check out http://www.allaboutbirds.org/page.aspx?pid=2433 for information and the two live views of the heron nest.
